Drupal 6.19 Event module was nice under Drupal 5, but Drupal 6 version lost Repeat Event feature. Is there any better module to post Events? I already tried Google Calendar but it won't let me use image. After all it's a calendar. We need Event posting. Persistent warning message.

This warning shows on every page, What does it mean and how to stop it? Does it have something to do with views? user warning: Duplicate entry 'image' for key 'PRIMARY' query: INSERT INTO menu_router (path, load_functions, to_arg_functions, access_callback, access_arguments, page_callback, page_arguments, fit, number_parts,etc,etc Thanks Roger

DP5 > 6, duplicated menu

I just upgraded one of my colleague Drupal 5 site to 6.19. Following the documentation (and I have done this twice in the past), everything went as expected, except, all the Navigation menu items are duplicated, and some of, but not all of, other menu items as well. They don't look troublesome after I disabled them but the list is looooong. I think I should clean them out but don't know how. Number of images and inserting one into the Body

There are MANY ways to create a gallery of images in Drupal. Can you share with us which modules you are using? Shai Thank you Shai Modules used are: Views Image Image cache Node Gallery Jquery wysiwig CKEditor FCKeditot IMCE Insert Lightbox2 I've now got the view displaying more images by simplifying it to basics. Fields: Image:Image Filters Node: Published Node Type:Image Upload Basic settings: Style: Grid Items to display: 80 Page: Path: Image Menu: Normal Image Arguments: Taxonomy:Term To start again, I deleted all the images from<Content> then imported each one into a selected gallery. This seems to have fixed the gallery problem. Images are named starting from 1000 through to 5000 1000 - 1999 being books 2000 - 2999 being symbols 3000 - 3999 scenery 4000+ people I found this works a treat for sorting and indexing images in a sideshow but presents a problem when selecting from a gallery unless the associated thumbnail can be displayed. I don't know how else to do this. In <Image Galleries> it now shows all the images but does not on a page view where it's only 50 images. Further, I need it to display images according to which gallery is selected. Then I need to be able to select one of those images from that gallery and insert it into the Create Content -> Page -> Body. When I try to insert an image <Image Properties> defaults to a remote folder, I do not know how to make it default to the /sites/all/files/gallery <File System> path = sites/default/files Temporary directory = /tmp <Images><Files and sizes> Image Attach = enabled <site Configuration><CKEditor><File Browser Settings><Default> Path to uploaded files : /sites/default/files/gallery Absolute path to uploaded files: /sites/default/files/gallery Biggest problem How can I insert a selected image from a gallery into the body? Is is possible to insert a gallery image anywhere in the body text space? If so how? Am I doing it all wrong? should I simply have an image folder from which to select insert-able images and forget the gallery? Many thanks Roger

problems with .htaccess in a new installation.

in installing drupal6 in a hosted site-sunos-apache, in some dirs like defaults/file a .htaccess was created ,with 'SetHandler Drupal_Security_Do_Not_Remove_See_SA_2006_006' and 'Options None' 'Options +FollowSymLinks' which resulted in not being able to see images there (like an uploaded logo). can i remove it? Does drupal probed the hosted served and assumed it was no safe so it added that file? alexander

Host Transfer

hello, I posted a ticket a while ago that Forms don't seem to work on my Drupal site. Your advice for me was to host elsewhere other than godaddy. I did go for hostgator , but they only changed the name servers and didn't transfer the files; that is my files are still hosted on godaddy. The site is working nowand everything seems ok so should I leave it as is or would it be better to transfer the files as well to hostgator? Thanks Ahmad

CKEdit installation

I downloaded ckeditor and unpacked it. I then transfered the file to /usr/share/drupal6/sites/all/modules/ . _Why wont the editor show up on the site building>modules page_. I did exactly the same thing with WYSIWIG, OpenWYSIWYG and Whizzywig with no problems. This is a Debian Squeeze installation with Drupal 6, manually assembled. (No use of drupal loaders). Any help will be appreciated. Gary R.

Manage Gallery

I have imported 60 images to the gallery. Gallery View reports no images in the gallery. I have 10 galleries in which to put selected images but Image Galleries will show only 10 of the 60 images, which I have allocated to selected galleries. What prevents image Gallery from displaying all the images? at once. thanks Roger
