D7: how to describe a library?

Dear all, I'm using D7 to build a catalog rerefencing books available in different libraries and in different formats (Audio, Digital text, Braille...). To achieve this I define a content type for bibliographic recors. It has fields for title, author, ISBN, book description. And also I consider using the composed_field module to define an item filed. So a bibliographic record will have as many item fields as there are available books in different libraries. Each item filed should include at least the type of item, (Braille, audio, etc.), the library that owns it and a link for getting more information. My question is: how best describing libraries in Drupal? Ideally one shold be able to use a library name as a taxonomy field (clicking on it will show all the books for which the library has at least one item of that book). But one may also want to associate othe rinformation to a library. At the minimum a link to its website, but perhaps also aphysical address, a phone number, perhaps even freeform text info, so that would suggest to create a dedicated content type for libraries but then I suspect that the benefits of taxonomy fields would be lost. Any comment on how to best represent libraries in particular but also on the general architecture described above would be warmly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance! Shérab.

D7, how to move images from field collection to image field

I have a site where field collection was used to store entity images (multiple in one field). I think it is better to have them in an image field (better colorbox support, and views, and...). Information from user profiles in content

I am wondering what modules are out there for getting information from users profiles to include in a content type. E-mail attachments

Hi, I keep developing my module, and inside it I am sending e-mail. I am also trying to attach a file, to no avail. I have installed mimemail, I have changed mime type in my code, I have dpm'd everything. dpm gives me correct values, and the subject and body of the e-mail come through, but I couldn't get file attachment to work at all. Definitely add this to the head like others said: <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no" /> I don't allow scalability because that is the issue and the user should not have to scale in or out on anything. It should be rendered correctly at 100%. Just my opinion (and that of the w3c) and if you need zoom features, there are other ways to do that. That shifting will be resolved if you add the max-scale and if you still have issues, try the user-scalable = no. Good luck. Views Hook for "No Results"

We have several views that show the OG group name to which users belong. Unfortunately, one of the groups is "magic" and so that group name does not show in these lists. I used the "No Results Behavior" to show that group's name, but it is not correct. Some users really don't belong to a group and I want the admins to see that. So, is there a Views hook where I can correctly distinguish between no group and special group? Nancy

Installing from profiles

Just downloaded a previous (earlier) release of Drupress and, although there were errors, it did start the install process correctly. So would appear that the problem I was having with the current release was a function of it being an alpha release. Thanks for all your the help. Compliments of the season to everyone. Alison whenever I think I am getting on top of Drupal it comes back and bites me. Then did the usual - settings.php in sites/default and added files directory, chown, chgrp and chmod. Set up an empty database with a user. Then ran install.php from a browser and nothing happens. Have built numerous sites from scratch - Install Drupal and then add modules and themes as required, and have also built a couple of sites using Distributions. A friend wants a Blog site so decided to use Drupress - which seems to use "Profiles". Extracted the download to the public html type area. Then did the usual - settings.php in sites/default and added files directory, chown, chgrp and chmod. Set up an empty database with a user. Then ran install.php from a browser and nothing happens. What would normally be in sites/all/themes and sites/all/modules is now in a profile/drupress directory. Everything seems to be there but how do I get to it. So looking for a "Dummies intro to installing from "Profiles". Thanks. Alison

Hi Guys, further to previous there are some. I have read something about Drush make files. Drush is installed, but there no instructions about the use of the make file. Alison
