Big problem with Sitemap

Folks: I'm having a huge problem with XMLsitemap in Drupal 7. When I enable the xmlSitemap module, I am no longer able to log into the site with my password. It says "Access Denied". I ran update.php and got the following errors: Notice: Undefined index: update_success in update_results_page() (line 177 of /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/update.php). Warning: reset() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in update_results_page() (line 181 of /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/update.php). Warning: array_pop() expects parameter 1 to be array, null given in update_results_page() (line 181 of /Applications/MAMP/htdocs/update.php). The update process was aborted prematurely while running update # in .module. All errors have been logged. This is part of an update from Drupal 6 to 7. Previously, I tried deleting all of the xmlSitemap… tables in the database, but that didn't help. There seemed to be someplace else where xmlsitemap data was stored. When I deleted those tables, then re-installed xmlsitemap, they didn't re-appear, so something was out of whack. I'm lost. Can someone give me a strategy to pursue? If I could figure out how to permanently, manually uninstall the module, I might be able to pt it back in and get the database updated correctly. I've searched through the db tables and don't see how I could uninstall the module, except to remove tables beginning with xmlsitemap. Thanks, Bill Prothero William waprothero(a)gmail.com

Garland Subtheme Using Color Module & Maintenance Mode

I wrote this documentation page on how to use the color module in a Garland subtheme: http://drupal.org/node/1969060 In it, I assume that you do not need to copy over the Garland style.css into your subtheme folder. This seems to be true until you put the site in Maintenance Mode and view it as an anonymous user. I assume this is the case because the Color module is turned off to the outside world and therefore the path to the new stylesheet is not included in the maintenance page. Is this how things should work? Should I simply be changing the theme to Garland when in Maintenance Mode? Am I getting something wrong about how to use the Color module in a Garland subtheme? Should I be overridingthe maintenance-page.tpl.php file in my subtheme to somehow include this path? -Mike

Problem getting Drupal mail

Folks: I just finished upgrading my Drupal site to D7. I'm having problem with Drupal sending out emails to users who request new accounts or who have forgotten their passwords. This happened very quickly with my D6 site. However, the D7 site keeps emails in the mail queue for 10-15 minutes, then sends them. But, I can send an email, through another mail server (like gmail) to the same address that is being held up in my mail queue, and it comes very quickly. I have several email accounts on the server, and it doesn't matter if I send one email from one account, to another account on my server, either. Response if very quick. It appears that only email initiated by my Drupal 7 site is held for a longer time. What might be going on? I don't see why email should be held for so long and it is definitely a minus for my users. Hi, We just moved brilliance.com, blog.brilliance.com, and diamonds.brilliance.com to 76.12.28.42 Would you mind verifying the settings for me? It looks like http and https were separated for some reason. They both went to the same destination, but different ethernet ports. Thanks. -Don Pickerel-

Memory error

I won't go into details, it's all in the list and on the LUV forum. I have been asking about this error message for weeks now and there are suggestions but no resolution. It seems to be caused by drupal demanding more memory than PHP allows. Which could mean that php is not flexible enough to cope with high demand. It sometimes can be resolved in /sites/default/settings.php by adding init_set('memory_limit','128M') but this will not stop the error permanently. I have seen faulty modules and number of modules blamed, etc. Basically it all comes down to either a PHP 5 update is faulty or Drupal, or some 3rd party required module is faulty. It may be resolved by making entries in php.ini and .htaccess but this also does not permanently fix a problem which should not exist. Roger

I'm getting this error, and it doesn't make sense to me: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 101 bytes) in/home/wap/public_html/includes/database/query.inc on line 1856 Its trying to allocate only 101 bytes. I get similar errors when I try to enable a module. I have the site also running locally, and get no error. upgrading rules module

I have been waiting for help with rules module upgrading from 7.x-2.0 to 7.x-2.2 or the latest dev version. Every time I do it kills my site. I have three sites and it does it on all three of them. Has anyone else encountered this and if so any suggestions on how to resolve this? http://drupal.org/node/1920784 Thank you

Hostgator gave me the IP address of the server, and then appends "~pia" so I can view the site and work on it. When it's done I am going to redirect the DNS servers to the Hostgator site, and you will then use the domain name to get to the site; www.HeavenSentDesserts.com.
