Sandium theme is not rendering

Hi All, I am facing trouble with Sandium theme http://drupal.org/project/sandium The theme is not rendering without a user login into Drupal website. After login it works perfectly fine. I am not able to track the reason. Please suggest the solution. Thanks in advance. Sharmishtha

I've been using the PageSpeed part of firebug on my site and it seems the two issues holding me back from getting over 80 rating are a) enable compression b) combine external js/css I have private downloads on my site - it's mission critical and there's no way around that. What are my best options, either within or outside of drupal for tackling these problems. I have 23 style sheets being loaded into every page, 70% of which are not being used. It seems half of the tools available to users on the Performance page in Admin are not available to those using private downloads. Regards Neil

I would appreciate any suggestions/feedback people might have on this list for such packages that have already been designed for Drupal. Limit editing of custom cck fields

Hellos, New to drupal. I have created a custom cck form, where information is filled by different users on the same form User 1(with role 1) fills cck field A, B C, then user 2(with role2) fills in cck fields D and E. I have set permissions for the different roles where under the "content_permissions module" to allow users onl to fill fields that they have permissions to fill. User 1 works well and creates the node and fills only their fields. When user 2 accesses the same node, they get "permission denied error". I solved this by enabling "administer nodes" under the "node module" permissions. The problem I am facing is with this enabled, user 2 can edit user 1 fields. How can I stop this? Thanks

Removing Nagivation & Etc On Certain Pages

I'm working on a Drupal module that uses JavaScript to create a "pop-up" effect whereby a mask layer with 50% opacity is drawn over the page content and then an iframe is put on top of that and a page loaded in the iframe for the user to interact with. When they're done. the "pop-up" destroys the iframe and the mask layer. This is all working great. No, for my question: when the iframe loads the content from my Drupal site, the content has the navigation menu, header, footer and all the rest of the trimmings, and what I really want is for the iframe to only have the content area of the page. Is there any way from within a drupal_get_form callback function to cause Drupal to "hide" everything other than the content area of the page? CKEditor and Wysiwyg path problems

My path problem is described with no answer on this older post of somebody's: http://drupal.org/node/706306 Basically: * When installing ckeditor via drush, it complains that it can't download the library to sites/all/libraries/ckeditor. I manually created that path, but it didn't help. * Wysiwig complains that ckeditor is not detected, because the library is not in sites/all/libraries/ckeditor. I am not sure if this is the same thing that the Druple ckeditor module readme instructs to download and place in sites/all/modules/ckeditor/ckeditor, but if so, why is it wanted in both places? That is called "the CKEditor", not "the CKEditor library" by the CKEditor folks, so I'm not quite certain. Would it be sufficient to create a symlink from the libraries version to the module version? I.E.: ln -s /.../modules/ckeditor/ckeditor /.../libraries/ckeditor ? This is a stupid problem, but that is an easy solution if it will work without hosing things. All I am trying to do is to get IMCE working with CKEditor.:( Luke

Boy, I wish I had waited just a while longer and not listened to my webhost. The webhost insisted that I install a blank .htaccess file and even refused to help at one point because I didn't use their fantastico installer. At this point, I allowed the web host to install Drupal through their fantastico script (Drupal 6.15), I have updated the code base to 6.16 and am now working on uploading and importing. Regardless, Pierre thank you for an important troubleshooting tool, Fred thanks for responding to my query and Luke you probably hit the nail right on the head. I am preparing to import (one more time) the sql file and work with the result. We'll see if the same issue repeats itself and I'll use the troubleshooting ideas you guys provided. If history repeats itself this morning with the same error then I will be back to this list later this morning. Thanks, James

I had to reinstall a website. After a fresh install, I uploaded all of the modules from a particular date and then imported the sql script from the same date. Problem - I cannot access any pages or the site at all. Calling example.comredirects immediately to example.com/home that also serves up this error page. Not Found The requested URL/home was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Things I have tried I enabled error reporting by writing this into the top portion of index.php, but it does not display any errors. error_reporting(E_ALL); ini_set('display_errors', TRUE); ini_set('display_startup_errors', TRUE); I checked my error logs, but it just reports what is occurring. I disabled unused modules in the system table. I rebuilt permissions using a script I visited #drupal-support and got this advice - see what the front page currently is? This is my general server information - Operating system - Linux Service Status Click to View Kernel version - 2.6.33.1 Machine Type - i686 Apache version - 2.2.11 PERL version - 5.8.8 Path to PERL - /usr/bin/perl Path to sendmail - /usr/sbin/sendmail PHP version - 5.2.9 MySQL version - 5.1.30 cPanel Build - 11.25.0-STABLE 44718 I am really at a loss as to how to solve this problem.
