I need to create a page where, once logged, are able to see the list of his/her own comments. I already created a recent-comments (Views2) page, in this page every user can see all recent comments, now I have to limit this view to logged user: while user X wrote 12 comments and user Y just 5, then user X can see domain.com/recent-comments with her 12 comments and user Y his own 5 on the same page. I tried to add a new filter (Node) User: Current Yes but page show all comments, while with (Node) User: Current No everything disappear. here's my Views2 code: http://drupal.org/node/456494 thanks

Views, list nodes without comments only

Is there a way to let Views2 let me list a certain content type without comments only? I need to list a custom content type nodes, but I don't want show those which are commented by someone, a sort of "list content and avoid those commented".. any idea? thanks

how to theme a non node content ?

Hi all. I need to theme the forward module content. The module can be themed but only via page-forward.tpl.php, but I don't want to duplicate the page.tpl.php file. I want (if possibile) that Drupal use "my-theme_file.tpl.php" for this content. There is way to theme a not node content ? memcache, ad

Hi, I'm using D5.17 , memcache 1.1.2 and advertisement. I have some groups they were shown on left side, right side and content. When i'm running this with "no cache" option this is working, but it seems to be not fast as it could be. If i switch to "file caching" there will be nothing to see. All blocks are gone. So first question is: Why ? Second: When i'm switching to "memcache" (and it is running, i tested it with a script) then sometimes it is there, but after a reload of the page the blocks were gone too. Why ? An in most of cases when memcache is used, there will only be shown left side and right side . Content won't be shown. Are there any hints for me to solve this problem ? If i want to see "memcache status" in Drupal, i get an error: warning: MemcachePool::getextendedstats(): Invalid stats type in /srv/www/vhosts/xxxxxxxxxxxxx.de/httpdocs/cms/modules/memcache/dmemcache.inc on line 127. url rewrite issues with primary links

Dearest Drupalites, Having a strange issue with domain rewrites/clean URLs Moved a website from: http://basedomain.com to http://basedomain.com/test/ [so I can do testing] Changed the .htaccess where it says: RewriteBase / to: RewriteBase /test Added the baseurl to the settings.php For the admin theme I am using Garland, for the live pages I am using a different custom theme. When I view content, they all have links without the ?q= and it works just fine. When I am in the admin-garland theme, the primary links at the top all have correct links with clean urls and work fine, like this: http://basedomain.com/test/home When I am in the live-custom theme, the primary links at the top all have an extra ?q= added to them like this: http://basedomain.com/test/?q=/test/home This obviously doesn't work and gives an error page. Instead of what it should have: http://basedomain.com/test/home Does anyone have any idea why my custom theme is having problems knowing what the primary nav links should be? How can I stop it from still adding the ?q= ? Do I need to change more in the .htaccess than just the: RewriteBase /test ? Thanks you so much for your help! Sebastian.

Create X nodes

I am looking for a module that will create X number of nodes of a specific type where an admin user will stipulate the number of nodes, the type of node being created , a user other than the admin to own the node and pre-populate a title and CCK fields based on the admin users entries. For example you want to have 5 movie nodes called New Movie and populate all five with a specific code. The assigned user would then have the ability to edit and essentially create new movies without the create node privilege. Thank you for your help with this issue. Thanks, Steve

D6 schema api sharing a sequence/serial across several tables

Hi, Is it possible just using schema api abstraction to share a sequence across several tables? Will it be possible in D7? BTW is there a place to see what are the current feature of D7 DB abstraction layer? How to Fix a Messed Up Site

I am given now a D5 site with eCommerce and Ubercart both installed but deactivated. The original developer still has a dev version somewhere where Ubercart is activated and appears to be working. The owners now want me to provide them with ecommerce capability. I have read that eCommerce and Ubercart are not compatible. The site owners furthermore want to upgrade to D6 and also the latest version of CiviCRM (which anyway requires D6). But when I explained that it may be necessary to rebuild the site in D6 and then export/import the data (nodes and users) and that will take a day or two of work, they have asked if there is any other way to provide ecommerce functionality more simply. Aside from having paid once for this site to an incompetent developer, they happen to be on a very limited budget (they are an NPO). So, any other suggestions? I could just turn on Ubercart and hope it works I suppose. Heh heh. I'm not too thrilled about that however. Thanks.

Importing large files uploaded via FTP

I am looking for the best way to do something reasonably simple. I need to upload files which exceed the PHP upload limit (which can be raised, but on shared hosting 8-15 MB is usually the top). The only way I know to do that, is through FTP. So, if a user has a big file, he uploads it via FTP, but then has to attach it to a node. My question is: what is the most efficient or simple way to allow a user to tell a node to import a file from a particular place? It will need to grab the file, place it in the normal files area, and then delete the one uploaded via FTP. I suspect I'm going to end up using some mixture of CCK and PHP, but I also can't imagine that I am the first one to need a solution to this problem, so thought there might be some canned solutions out there.
