Unable to connect to database server If you still have to install Drupal, proceed to the installation page. If you have already finished installing Drupal, this either means that the username and password information in your settings.php file is incorrect or that we can't connect to the MySQL database server. This could mean your hosting provider's database server is down. The MySQL error was: Too many connections. Currently, the username is drupal and the database server is masterdb-drupal.drupal.org. a.. Are you sure you have the correct username and password? b.. Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname? c.. Are you sure that the database server is running? For more help, see the Installation and upgrading handbook. If you are unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your hosting provider. Shyamala

CCK Taxonomy to Content Taxonomy

I recently created a site using the CCK Taxonomy module and now realize I should've used the Content Taxonomy module instead, so my question is: Is there an easy way to convert all those cck fields to use content taxonomy and not have to reinput all the values? Thanks, -- Chris McCreery

I have a 4.7 site that all of a sudden is not showing nodes on the front page to anonymous users, EVEN THOUGH permissions are set properly in admin/access AND the database looks fine (I use PHPAdmin). Logging in users can see the content. It's ROLE #1 (anonymous) that can't see the nodes EVENTHOUGH, and I repeat, the permissions are set correctly. ACK! / liza

Urgent permissions issue

We noticed today that my site suddenly started blocking access to certain pages for anonymous users. So far I have identified at least two, one of type 'page' and one of type 'blog', published by different people. I do not have any node access modules installed that I can use to explain it. The problem seems to affect any nodes created within the last few days (including ones I create now). Does anyone have the foggiest idea what I should look for? How to save the search keys ?

Hi all. There is a way to store the search keys ? I need it to create a list of theme (from most search). I have see that there is a hook_search() but I don't undestand if my hook_search need to do the search or the drupal's search function is called too. Yes, you could set a background URL for the header div in the CSS. Hi I need to display a RSS block in the sidebar of some of my pages, but I'd like use a graphic (logo) as the block header, replacing the text title. Can this be done? The blocks admin does allow only changing the default feed title to a custom title, but not to any image. Blogs: URL and Taxonomy questions

I currently have blog listing pages set up at blog/[username] so I have blog/steve and blog/jane I haven't decided what to use an a path for individual blog entries but had a question about tags. If I go to steve's blog and see he has tagged one of his blog entries with the tag "My Job", clicking on that will unfortunately take me to a listing of every members' blog entries that have been tagged with "My Job", not only Steve's. That doesn't seem like a logical result and it's a shame that it's not configurable, but that's life! Now, would it be possible to use URL paths such as these: blog/steve/my-job/ to access only Steve's blog entries tagged "My Job"? And: blog/jane/my-job/ to access her "My Job" tagged blog entries? That is ideally what I would like, I just don't know if that's possible using blog, taxonomy, pathauto or views modules. Has anyone set up anything like that? What URL path conventions do other people use on their blogs and how do you get only one member's blog entries showing for different tags...or do you not bother and go with the default behavior? thanks Neil

Add new comment shows up twice

Hi, http://www.crocodyl.org/ Shows "Add new comment" twice in the views section of a few of my content types. The panel on the homepage shows two views (in a panel) and both of those display separate content types that display two add new comment links. Any ideas on how to get rid of the second one?
