How to insert a view into my page

Hi all. I need to create a page where the content is get from a view, but to the same content I need to add other information (categories, uid, and other). joining taxonomy terms?

Hi, I have a looong list of taxonomy terms for a website I'm building for a client. The taxonomy is based on some default hierarchial categories containing a number and a corresponding term. I can't change this, as they are decided elsewhere. They go sort of like this: 03 term -- 00.00.01 subterm ----00.00.00.05 subsubterm 04 term The trouble I'm having is with the numbers. I want to separate the numbers so that an admin can just type in the number and get the corresponding term. I can't use the drupal generated unique id's for the terms, so how do I split a term into two terms and keep them together? Can I somehow split a term into two fields? Or do I have to use related terms in some way? Or two separate vocabularies? My head is hurting - please help :) Morten

"Printer friendly" link in node hierachy child page

Am using the printable and node hierarchy module with which i have created several child pages, my problem is that i get to see the "printer friendly" link in the parent page but it is not visible in the created child pages, how will i modify node hierarchy so that the child pages to have the " printer friendly" link ? -- David Njuki.

Drupal6 - migration

Hello, Is there a way to migrate data to drupal6 from drupal5? I got little mess in drupal5, some old, not updated modules, so I want to install brand new drupal6, with all new modules that i will be using, and then migrate all needed data from existing drupal5 DB. I was trying to upgrade this drupal5 to drupal6, but there is to much diffrent and its not working. Lots of data are missing. It looks like you are correct. The issue has to do with Drupal being installed under a subfolder. The path to the file is /home/campfire/public_html/members/files.file.gif, but for some reason it is looking for it in /home/campfire/public_html/files.file.gif. FCKEditor is uploading the file to the correct location. How do I get it to look in the proper location? Thanks. Ho to implement notifications to users?
