[support] A little clarification about accounts and user roles, please

Hi there, I read some articles about users and roles on the drupal.org site and got a little confused. Note that i consider myself a newbie to everything Drupal so please pardon this newbiish question. In the article it says not to use the first user id to do "day to day stuff" on the site, i assume that means blog posting and so on, but i can't use the same email for 2 users, which i assume is in order. Still i want to have it clarified what the first user id should be used for and why one should have another one set up. Does it have to do with security or that kind of stuff? How do other drupal gurus out there have their accounts/roles/etc set up? Thanks for any help. /Krister, somewhat confused
