[support] Uploaded files "falling out" of the system

I have found that some, not all, of the files I upload, (eg: photo's, and files attached to blog entries) seem to simply vanish from the system. I can double check after posting that they are indeed present, and a few hours later they are gone. Watchdog reports no errors, the files simply vanish from the database. Any ideas? Thanks anna
