Gang,
On a D7.12 install upgrade from Drupal 6, there is one content type with form elements missing at the bottom, everything below the "menu" box (all the ones in the new vertical tabs are missing except menu).
The Save/Delete buttons are there.
Any clues? How do I debug this?
