Hello,
After googling out, I found out that the apache's mod_security is causing this problem. For those who are experiencing same problem, please check from these following urls:

Just a couple of things to try without knowing more about your site:
- If you edit a story or page, can you save that or does this happen
just on certain nodes (ones with CCK added fields?)
- If you have CCK installed, and enabled the new with D 6 content
permissions module, then you will have to go to Administer > User management > permissions to grant permission to view and edit fields created via CCK.
- You might also need to rebuild permissions in general.
Unfortunately there is no built in link to click on in order to do this. See discussion at http://drupal.org/node/147961 , especially "you can create a php page that calls node_access_rebuild()."

Hello Drupal Community, I upgraded my blog from Drupal 5 to Drupal 6, after the upgrade there was a lot of changes I made to the my blog like path of the images I used in my blog and some css styles. When I tried to update some nodes using the new path of the images and css styles, it gives me error 406. I can edit the node but everytime I hit the preview and save button, the page will then redirected to this error: The page you requested does not exist. For your convenience, a search was performed using the query /406 shtml/. Please take note that I'm using search 404 module. I don't know what seems to be the problem causing drupal to behave like this. Please help me. Regards, Richard R. Cahilig -- [ Drupal support list | http://lists.drupal.org/ ]
