If you've used that module and still not getting the enclosures, then I would open up an issue in the project's issue queue as they have better knowledge to answer any questions.

I'm not seeing actual enclosures, but rather links. RSS 2.0 specifies an actual <enclosure> tag. Have you tried the RSS Fields Formatter module?

I even installed a new drupal 7 and tried it and still nothing. Time to look at other options other then drupal.
