It sure is a Views thing. Just go into your Views and mark the little USE AJAX toggle for each one. Hopefully that will fix it.

Error message Exposed filters in block displays require "Use AJAX" to be set to work correctly.
I get this after updating drupal to 7.14
I presume this may have something to do with views.
