[support] disable a feature without turning off all the modules?

Hi there, Quick question. Is there a simple way to disable a feature without the feature then erasing all the settings it had in it? For example: if the feature has a Context, I want to disable the feature but not the context that was inside of it (the feature is then just a delivery system).
