Have you enabled the wysiwyg module and installed an editor such as tinyMCE in /public_html/sites/all/libraries/ ?

I do not have a folder called editor/.....

I figured this would be in my sites/all/modules/WYSIWYG folder but I only have a folder named editors. And no filemanager folder in that.

Should I be looking elsewhere?
