Any ideas?
If I go to www.w8pgw.org/node/83, I see that you have /node in all your css links. If I go to one of those I'm served html, not css.
You probably need to update your theme.
If you manually add css files in page.tpl.php, you need to precede them with $base_path:
$base_path . [paths]/[file].css
In many cases, $base_path will just be /
