There is a modue for D6 that lets you build views on modules (and themes). But I can't remember the name and I don't remember that it had a views field of update status (only version number). I think the views type it adds is called "Module/Theme/Theme Engine". Maybe this helps you to find it.

You could also do it with css: table tr.ok { display: none; }

Well, not really actually because I'm using lynx which is not css-aware anyway...
