[support] Reordering Books

Hello, I have a book set up for each department in our County, with children and grandchildren pages in each book. I need to temporarily change the order so that one of the child pages becomes the parent page for the summer months. Is this possible? I see how to change the order of child pages, but not how to bump it up to a parent-level status. Thanks in advance, Leslie
