[support] Content being deleted

Hi, I have a site that has been running happily for years. Being "good" I keep all the modules up to date. Recently 2 custom content types that are also used in a views table. What is happening is the content in the body field is being deleted. I can revert to get the content back, view it, yet it is again deleted. I can't see anything wrong in the views control. In fact I can't track where the error is occurring period. Has anyone experienced such an error associated with updates to views, CKeditor, jQuery or other modules? Any clues on how I can trouble shoot this? Yani
