I'm using hook_field_extra_fields() to add some buttons to a node. If there is more than one button, I want to enclose them in a wrapper for theme placement. So far, I'm drawing a blank on how to do this.

Hi, I have a site that has been running happily for years. Being "good" I keep all the modules up to date. Recently 2 custom content types that are also used in a views table. What is happening is the content in the body field is being deleted. I can revert to get the content back, view it, yet it is again deleted. I can't see anything wrong in the views control. In fact I can't track where the error is occurring period. Has anyone experienced such an error associated with updates to views, CKeditor, jQuery or other modules? It happened around 7.20-7.24 guessing. My guts says it is the text format and something that changed with updating CKeditor or Views. I’m really hoping to rule out whatever the collective experience is. I’m guessing if no one has seen the issue then I’ll focus on whatever is different about these pages. It wouldn't. All the CKEditor module does is alter the edit form to provide the needed changes to accommodate the CKEditor Javascript library. Honestly, it sounds like you got something going on with your input filters. The simplest check is to look right in the database, at the field_data_body table. Search for the nid of one of the posts that is having a problem and see if the body_content column still has the data. If so, then get the input format id from the body_format column. Now go to this page on your site: http://example.com/admin/config/content/formats/{body_format id from above} If the page exists, then make sure nothing has changed on the filter (common one with WYSIWYG - make sure the <p> tag is allowed. If not, then paragraphs are stripped out). If that page is a 404, then somehow the filter got deleted. If all that checks out ok, then I would install the devel module and then go to an affected node and click the devel tab. Look at the dumped data to see if the body is actually there. It seems to be supported to me. I did a custom build on the ckeditor site. I can’t remember all the details. It was working fine but without all the icons in the toolbar even though there were moved in place in the module control page. The solution was to do a custom build of the editor on the CKE home page. Content filters... if they impact viewing that would seem likely. Checking.
