btw I have an LCD screen here someplace. I don't use it, but its resolution is 1024x768. I have a cheap lappie that does the same resolution as my tablet. I note that Sony has a phone that does full HD, IIRC the new Ipad does better than that, and I think someone else (maybe Samsung?) has a tablet that does better.
I am not convinced that directing users to a special mobile site because they're using a mobile device is such a good idea. I have the docking station for my tablet, and that gives me a proper keyboard and trackpad, and I can plug in external keyboard, mouse and TV and run at full HD. Why would you give _that_ your mobile site?
And take a look at the Ubuntu phone.
