I didn't log in or create an account. It didn't work in a clean browser session before. Now it does (in different browsers). Seems to work for now.
Maybe your host provider was doing something to affect you. Or maybe you've had a cracker on your system doing some damage. You might play it safe and change your passwords; including the DB password for the DB user. Don't forget to update settings.php with the new DB password.
