Do you mean that paragraphs and linebreaks are being stripped when you *view* the node, or when you *edit* the node?

I've just upgraded a Drupal 6 site from FCK Editor to CK Editor, and now all <p> and <br /> tags are being stripped. I can see that they're still there in the raw body field in node_revisions. i've: modified the filtered html list to add them in, changed the body field to full html, flushed cache several times, re-ordered filters, and turned the line break conversion on and off. Nothing seems to make a difference.
I must be missing something, but I'm not sure what.
