I've been researching disabling 'Read More' so I can display the entire content without this message.
I've put the "<!-- break -->" at the end of my page content node, and now it appears there ... all though there is content after it ...
I've also change the post settings to "Unlimited"
Maybe I should just change node.tpl.php to just dump content, and remove the logic in there that shows 'Read More'
