It is showing up for me in IE7 of course I am running IE7 with darwine on a Mac
I have used taxonomy ticker before and you will spend some time with CSS. You may need to do some css hacks to get it to show up properly in most browsers. IE6 and IE7 being the trickiest sometimes.
