No, this is a WAMP and no cron. It seems to happen only on admin/reports/status though.

From: Earnie Boyd I've a D7 development site that gets aggregated news feeds and creates nodes from the data. I find that on occasion the site executes cron without my telling it to. Has anyone else experienced this?
