The only thing I could find right now it IMCE_gallery, which I installed, but this thing seems to be really badly coded (absolute paths in imce_gallery.js, plus it does not work if IMCE uploads are in a subdirectory, and generally fragile).
My question is: do you guys know of a small gallery module, which works well and is easy to use ?

Why not try the gallery that is included with the image module?
