You can drag and drop the blocks using the block handle at the left most position and then click save.

I tried to changed the position of block which is given on left/right side.
For example:
I have 5 block in left side, I want to changed the position of block like, changed the position of block 1 to block 4 and block 3 to 5 in left side only. Same as right side blocks.
Can any one tell me, how to do?
