It's version 7. I use the .htaccess file included with the Drupal distro.

I am trying to get Drupal to come up when I go to www.my-new-eyes.net. I have messed with the .htaccess file but still not getting what I need. I get a Forbidden 403 error when I go to www.my-new-eyes.net now. I am starting with a new .htaccess file so any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
