I have streaming audio on my site. I started out with Audio module but it was a nightmare to work with, so ended up doing it myself just using CCK/embedded media field/1pixel player. There are modules out there that will get you file data from audio files, which you might find handy too.
the problem with modules like Audio/Video and such like is that they are relics of the pre-cck days. It easier and more flexible to just use CCK/emfield.

Not worried about the bandwidth at this point. I'm probably only talking about a couple albums worth to start.
Any suggestions on audio specific CDNs if it gets to that point?

You would have to be more specific about what you want the module to do verses what existing modules do, don't do, or do poorly. You may be interested in integration with a CDN, anyway. Streaming audo can hit your bandwidth hard. On 11/23/2010 03:52 PM, Ryan LeTulle wrote: > I am researching a band website right now and I can't seem to find any > mature modules or solutions.
