It's not so much Drupal theming you need help with. You've got CSS issues. I looked at your site in firebug and made a few changes that fixed several problems, but not all of them. The further I got through your css the more issues I found-- more than a post on this list can really address, and probably enough to warrant the exchange of cash ;-)
I don't know the history of this template: who built what parts of it, etc. But it seems to me you need to hire a themer. Or you might do well to start your theme fresh using one of the starter kit / bare bones themes, like Zen (my personal favorite).
I'm not saying this template couldn't be debugged. But there's so much wrong that it would take about as long to fix it all as it would to start from scratch. And given the fact that you are posting to this list, it sounds like you are not up to the task of fixing it.

The member's login is way off the bottom of the content wrapper. I found the<div class that handles it but cannot successfully reposition the components.

Basically I need all the output to appear in the .wrapper. if you go to the site and click on an underlined date in the calendar you can see what I mean.
Another nagging issue is that in on Apple Mac the whole page is wrecked, it does not zoom. The logo goes up and left. It is position:relative to #page which does not alter in position or dimension.
I do not know if I'm even explaining the problem right, it's very confusing as there seems to be overrides from the system and the Marinelli theme systems that I cannot find using Firebug.
