I have a problem with this block-user thing showing up in my sidebar. I only want the menu there and I haven't added it to sidebar block in the block settings, but still drupal can not help including it. When logged in it's only a name, but when not it's a whole login form, something I only want to have on the login page. Who do I get tis block out of my sidebar?!

Disable it on your admin/block page. Just remove the Enabled check for User login, and save.
