That entity module was completely missing from the site thus the error. Sometimes one has to read the error messages diligently it seems. LOL Thanks Tony

I found nothing useful via Google and Drush issues of similar vain are left unattended. What does the following command give you?
ls -l /home3/tonymacc/public_html/drupal/modules/entity/includes
