Re: [support] thumbnails problem

Views Slideshow prior to 6.x-3.0 came with three modules, where you always had to use two of them. In 6.x-3.0 these modules are combined to a single module. So you don't need the "Views Slideshow: SingleFrame" module anymore. You should have all the settings there after enabling the module.

Firstly, you need to get rid of the lengthy post signature junk if you
do not want to be dismissed from the list.

To answer your question you should look for one at
http://drupal.org/project/issues/views_slideshow and if you don't find
the answer open a support issue.
