I haven't used this module, but when you're having a problem with a specific module, I suggest the best approach would be to first search the issue queue for that module. If you don't find an answer to your question, file a new issue with details about the problem you're experiencing. You'll be much more likely to reach the maintainers and other users of that module and get an informed response. In addition, if you get an answer that resolves your problem, your question and solution will then be available for other users to find and benefit from.
