Any ideas how to fix this?
What modules do you have installed?
A LOT, but none that have to do with access restrictions, as far as I can see.
Do you have a path alias assigned to /node/291?
No, I see no unusual aliases.
Do other nodes work properly?
Others of this content type I think were giving the same result.
I don't know what happened, but now it works.
