You might need to clear the cache. There is a button in the performance admin ui.

I'm trying to uninstall the "User Registration Password" module. i went into modules, disabled it and then uninstalled it as admin.
The module was still being listed in the modules list so I removed the module file under sites/all/modules.
Now I get this error when I register:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function user_registrationpassword_form_user_register_submit() in /home/heartnewslinks/heartnewslinks.com/includes/form.inc on line 1460
It looks like "User Registration Password" still has some hook registered somewhere. How do I find and delete it?
