Out of all the searching and reading it seems like I must be the only one experiencing this problem. I've reached a dead end. I'll put a copy of this post in the module rules area and see if anyone else might be able to help.

If I remove the [node:filed-roomslink] the link at the bottom of the email goes away. Adding -raw] at the end just puts the actual token [node:field-roomslink-raw] in to the body of the email received. Still searching google and so far no luck.
