I use DreamHost, and have had not problem, infact I only have good things to say about them. All the functionality requirements that you seek are covered by Dreamhost.
I am not too impressed with them. Their PHP install is very basic and once you need something that isn't in it (I needed IMAP for mailhandler) you need to compile your own php and run it as cgi which is a ressourcehog.
