Any one of a jquery tooltip script I can use with drupal, looking for one that is based on an element for content based on the element id, and that won't close while hovering over the tooltip, want to use it for the shopping cart ubercart block;

Did you Google for it? If not, then please try that first next time.
If you did, then is that module not sufficient? Or the two others mentioned there?
