It does...just enable Color modul from optional core modules and you will be able to change the colors in Pixture. You will find that the Color module does not change everyrhing.

If it supports color module, then that's the module that you need to enable. Check to make sure it is.

Btw, I've installed the "Theme Settings API" module (even though I think it's not needed for Drupal 6) but I still can't find the place to change the colour.
