errr.... a) Actually I don't need to do this with Books - I *know* how
to do this in Drupal - because I've spent hours learning it.  When I
first opened Drupal I looked at the books module - sorry - it sucks
(unless you want Drupal books).  If you said this to someone who just
opened up Drupal for the first time they wouldn't recognize what you
were talking about (imho).  That said I will go back to books today
sometime and give it a whirl and see if I'm missing something.
