I've not used RoR personally, but I was recently at a presentation here in
Chicago that my LUG was hosting for the creators of both RoR and Django
(Python). It convinced me of the following facts:

1) Django is a good CMS, with some RAD features we may want to look into.

2) RoR is NOT A CMS, it's an app framework.

3) The authors of both Django and RoR have *no clue* what the difference is
between an app framework and CMS. :-)

4) RoR was too focused on "beautiful code" for me to spend any time on. Step
out of what the author thought was "beautiful code", and you are on your own.

So while I'm not against the idea of reorganizing Drupal files to make more
sense / be more secure, pitching it as "because RoR does" is not necessarily
a good way to market it. :-)
