[development] Update on 5.0 core themes

We need some more reviewers to take a look at the
underlying code.  My guess is there is formatting and
other inconsistencies that need cleaning up before it
is RTBC. I believe the actual styling portion is
pretty much done, but other people need to weigh in on
that as well.

I do know jjeff, myself, m3avrck, quicksketch, and
webchick have looked at it.
