[development] PHP 5 > aggregator.module rewrite to XML API?

Aron is starting to pull these apart and is doing some benchmarking  
and feature comparisons

I know he's putting some real time into this the next few weeks, and  
one idea is a pluggable parser - so you could have one for php4, one  
for php5, something using simpleXML, another using simplepie.  This  
is at least an idea, and I think he's going to iron them out still  
further on the group wiki.
