[development] New module: E-Commerce Product Location

I've been working on a product that needed locations. Rather than  
write support for locations into my product type module, I wrote a  
module that allows location module settings to be configured for any  
product type as they are for content types.

I will be gone for a few days, but when I get back I will release  
this as a stand-alone module unless there have been similar efforts  
or plans for E-Commerce location integration that could use my  
contribution.
