Voting might be a bit overkill. A way to subscribe could be the deciding
factor in getting maintainers to pay more attention to a particular issue.
The more subscribers, the higher up on the list. I read an issue lately
where someone was integrating Flag module with Project module in order to
allow people to subscribe. This sounds pretty ideal, especially since I'm
such a fan of Flag module ;)
