[development] Druplicon IRC bot needs yer channels! Help stress test new code!

Type "/whois Druplicon" for the server-reported list. This COULD 
potentially be different than Druplicon's list (i.e., it's just starting 
up so hasn't joined the other 15 channels) or, as I'm facing right now, 
Druplicon has 24 channels now configured, but Freenode is limiting it to 
a maximum of 20 (I'm working with Freenode staff to fix this.)

But that's the standard/generic way of finding what rooms a nick is in.
