[development] File attachment ordering in Views

Well, the UI has uploaded weight as an available sort, but I don't know 
if it will actually sort within a row, as opposed to sorting rows, and I 
don't believe the uploaded order on the node is using weight. Fid 
doesn't seem to be an option.
