[development] Permisions

Hi everybody:

I have some problem with permisions.

I like to restrict the option translate when the user view a content, of
course, if the user don't is the own.

I can't restrict some content type for roles, because, this role then can't
list the node in the list of the taxonomy to view., what can i do ?
